- How do I get started?
- Just upload your footage and send us a link. Usually we use Dropbox or GoogleDrive, but you can use any storage that you like.
- How can I trust that you will make my images amazing?
- Artlookstudios is based on trust and respect to our clients. Edited photos will be sent to you. That's why you will pay only when you are satisfied with the result of our work. We don't charge any upfront.
We understand that when working with a new client it may take a few rounds until we find a style that satisfies you. - How do I send images?

- What is your turnaround time?
- Generaly our turaroud time 5-20 business days.
For photographers who schedule their orders with us ahead of time, we offer a guaranteed turnaround time of 5-7 business days, as long as orders arrive on or before the date scheduled. (Orders of 500+ images may take slightly longer to process). - Do You offer a free trial?
- Yes of course, we offer free trial. Send your photos to artlookstudios@gmail.com or If you have heavy files then you can Send files using We Transfer, Dropbox or any medium you want.
- What software do you use to edit my images?
- We use the most recently version Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop. With Adobe Lightroom we provide Lighroom Catalogs or XMPs.
- Which image file formats do you accept and in which formats do you deliver to your clients?
- We accept JPEG and all RAW formats compatible with Lightroom. We deliver your edited images as either XMPs, JPEGs or you can tell us which formats do you need.
- Can I send you JPEGs?
- Yes, but a JPEG, by definition is a compressed file that has already been processed in your camera’s processor, thereby losing most of the data that could be available if shot in RAW. So you need understand that editing can be not so good as in RAW. The RAW file format allows for a much more dynamic ‘workspace’ for us to edit your files with.
- Are your prices in U.S. dollars?
- Yes, all our pricing is in U.S. dollars.
- Is there a minimum charge per order?
- NO. Send us as little or as much as you want!
- What is the Payment procedure?
- First you will receive your completed work and you will be able to revise it. Once you are happy with it, we will send you the invoice with all the details you need to pay. You can pay via PayPal, CreditCard or Check.
- Do you only edit wedding photos? What about portraits?
- We are happy to edit any images. We have tons of experience with portraits, maternity sessions, boudoir, bar/bat mitzvahs, quinceaneras, sweet sixteens, travel photography, real estate images, and more!
- How much does it cost to use your services?
- Each service is charged for individually, so you only pay for exactly what you need on each order. The details are on our services page, but let us assure you that we have some of the most competitive pricing without any sacrifice in quality or service.
- Will my photos (and edited photos) be safe? or Do you have Privacy policy?
- Yes absolutely. All our personnel have signed a non-disclosure agreement where they commit themselves to not taking any images out of the workplace or use it for any other purposes than for the job you require. Our entire equipment is also protected by firewall for inbound and outbound security and we use the latest antivirus protection in every computer. We also are able to sign a confidentiality agreement.
- What if I’m not happy with the results?
- We understand that when working with a new client it may take a few rounds until we find a style that satisfies you. Tell us right away! Often if a new client has problems with one of their first orders, we can quickly identify a technical issue that is to blame (monitor calibration, files that have been renumbered resulting in xmp data not matching up, etc.) If the issue requires us to rework the files to reach your satisfaction, we will always do that happily (and at no charge) as long as you let us know about the problem right away.
